This mural was 2 years of research and emotions painted almost exclusively by Lewis Lavoie. “Karen Storwick worked tirelessly facillitating and fund raising while I painted”. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the outcome. You will see it as soon as you walk into the Museum of Regiments . This mural raised $650,000 for the extension of the museum and it is a must see. I encourage you all to visit when in Calgary, Alberta.
